Slaughterhouse has announced that their highly anticipated upcoming album will be titled “Welcome To: Our House” will be released on May 15th. Slaughterhouse’s very own Marshall Matters will be the executive producer under Shady Records. To add on to the good news, starting March Royce da 5’9″, Joe Budden, Joell Ortiz & Crooked I will hop on a bus and head on 43-date tour.

Will Power, a.k.a. SupaHotBeats, was born in Carmel, California. He is already a 13 year veteran in the music business and is currently one of the most sought after producers in the game. He got his start in music when he moved to South Carolina as a boy. While living there, Power began working heavily in the independent music scene. He worked with many different artists and built a solid starting ground for his career. This hard work enabled him to open his own production company, SupaHotBeats, which was founded in 2002.

In 2001, prior to Power starting SupaHotBeats, he met a young rap phenom by the name of Yelawolf. Six years later in 2007, Power found himself helping to craft together Yelawolf’s debut album for Columbia Records. Unfortunately, the record never came to fruition, but that didn’t stop the motivated group to produce more music.

Instead, they remained together and created the mixtape “Slick Ricky Bobby”. Power contributed a vast majority of the production work for that record. Although it didn’t lead to immediate national success, it paved the way to reach those goals.
“Slick Ricky Bobby” was followed by the nationally lauded mixtape, “Trunk Muzik”, which was released last November. Power, once again, was responsible for most of the production work. This time he produced nine of the twelve tracks and also did other work including photography and directing. He directed the video “I Wish”, which features two other emerging emcees by the names of Pill and CyHi Da Prince.

“Trunk Muzik” has led to tremendous success for both artist and producer. Yelawolf has inked a deal with Interscope and is considered by many to be the next big rapper. Power is now one of the hottest producers in the game. He has been very influential to Yelawolf’s sound and has now begun to work exclusively with other artists as well. The Interscope deal further led to “Trunk Muzik” being re-released through the label to a bigger audience as “Trunk Muzik 0-60”.

SupaHotBeats recently produced a track entitled “2.0 Boys”, which was released through Shady Records. It features the likes of Eminem, the group Slaughterhouse and of course Yelawolf. Power has also worked exclusively with recent break through artist Wiz Khalifa. Aside from Yelawolf and a growing list of high profile emcees, Power is also working to construct his own artist in Nikkiya. Already a veteran in the game, Power will look to leave even more of a legacy through his productions as his career continues.
