Pallett was born and brought up in Carlisle, Cumbria, by her English mother and grandmother. Her maternal-grandfather was Italian. Her mother and father split before she was born.In her last year at university, Pallett co-formed girl band Urban Angel, writing songs for them with production and management by ex-East 17 member and Ivor Novello award winner Tony Mortimer.After landing a deal with a record label, Pallett spent a year developing her music.

Career

In 2005, Pallett auditioned for the role of Delilah Dingle in Emmerdale. After some final callbacks and workshop based auditions, the producers asked her to play the feistier role of Jo Stiles, a role they were still writing. Pallett won critical acclaim for her major domestic violence storyline in 2008-2009, and later revealed that in real life she had also been in a relationship in which she suffered domestic violence. In August 2008, Pallett became the public face of the Early Warning Signs campaign for UK domestic violence charity Refuge, that urges young women to look out for early signs where a partner may turn violent in a relationship. During her 130 shows and three years on Emmerdale, Pallett was nominated for several awards as Sexiest Female, Best Storyline and Best Actress at The British Soap Awards 2007, 2008, 2009, the Inside Soap Awards and TV Quick Awards 2008.

In November 2005, she won Celebrity Stars In Their Eyes as Gloria Estefan. In January 2006, she also appeared in ITV singing show Soapstar Superstar, finishing fourth in January 2006, and raising thousands for her supported charity the Eden Valley Hospice Jigsaw Appeal. Fellow soap actor Richard Fleeshman from Coronation Street was a contestant, and the couple dated until 2008. Pallett has had several front covers and modelling features in Closer, Reveal, Now, Sugar, Mizz, Hello and OK magazines. Pallett regularly topped the ‘sexiest’ polls in lads mags, including photoshoots for Loaded and Maxim, where she fronted both international covers (July 2008 and May 2009).

In 2007 Rosa Roxanne Pallett, a deep red hybrid tea, was named after Pallett and launched at the 2007 Southport Flower Show by Cheshire-based grower C&K Jones.

After leaving Emmerdale, Pallett took part in the fourth series of ITV’s Dancing On Ice, which began on 11 January 2009.[4][12] With professional partner Daniel Whiston, the couple made headlines for the risque move The Headbanger.[3] Pallett then went on the Dancing on Ice Bolero Anniversary UK Tour 2009.[13] Scheduled to play the lead role in 2009 Christmas pantomime Cinderella at the Theatre Royal, Newcastle upon Tyne, she pulled out after 2 weeks of starting performances following the sudden death of her best friend.[14][15]

In 2010, Pallett has taken roles in the film Lake Placid 3, her Hollywood debut;[3] and filmed a guest role for the BBC’s Casualty.[16] She starred as a singer in the UK production of the musical Rock Around The Clock,[17] making her professional stage debut,[3][5] which toured the country until September 2010. She will then film a role in British production Billy, playing WPC Hannah Reed opposite Sean Pertwee,[18] In September 2010, Pallett toured with Eve Ensler’s famous stage show Vagina Monologues, opposite Nikki Sanderson and Sue Jenkins.[19][20] Pallett is currently starring as the female lead (Teena Satin) in the rep theatre run of Satin ‘N’ Steel at the Oldham Coliseum Theatre, April 14 – May 7, directed by Joyce Branagh. The 2 hander play also stars Matt Healy.

In 2011 Pallett appeared in an episode of The Real Hustle. In 2012 Pallet appeared as Shelby Dixon, a pupil in the BBC series Waterloo Road.

Porter grew up with her mother and grandmother and has only met her father once. She is quoted as saying: “I don’t speak to my dad. I haven’t missed him. I don’t feel like I need a father figure really. On Father’s Day some of the girls who are talking about it suddenly remember and apologise. I just say “Guys it’s okay. I don’t care”. Career

In November 2008 it was announced that Porter had joined the cast of Channel 4 soap opera Hollyoaks, playing the role of Theresa McQueen. Porter said that she was “thrilled” to join the cast and be a part of one of soap opera’s “most notorious families”.

In 2010, Porter appeared alongside eight other soap opera actesses in a music video and cover of Cyndi Lauper single Girls Just Want To Have Fun. The song was released in aid of charity, Cancer Research UK’s campaign “Race for Life”. Porter also featured as a dancer in the music video for Roll Deep’s song Green Light. She appeared with dark hair instead of her usual blonde tone.

Porter appears on the November 2010 issue of Sugar magazine.

In FHM’s 100 Sexiest Women in the World 2011 Porter was ranked 50th.

In August 2011, Porter took part in the ITV show Born To Shine. Porter learned to street dance on the show, but failed to make the final.

Porter is currently an ambassador for Teenage Cancer Trust and their annual sun safety campaign, ‘Shunburn’. Porter had several images taken, showing the effects of sun burn.

In 2012, Porter was confirmed to be a contestant on the seventh series of Dancing on Ice. Porter was paired with dancing with American pairs skater Matt Evers. Porter made it to the final and finished in second place behind Matthew Wolfenden. Porter later told the Press Association that she wanted to stay with Hollyoaks.

Personal Life

In 2011, Porter revealed that she is in a relationship with her Hollyoaks co-star James Atherton.

May 14, 1986 in New York City an ambitious sweet exotic beauty called Suelyn Medeiros daughter of Brazilian parents was born.

Living most of her life in and out of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, she returned to the U.S to follow her big dream of becoming a doctor. Despite all the advice from friends and strangers that she should not put to waist her spontaneous personality and unique beauty and should become a Model. Suelyn not seeing modeling as a potential career continued to go after her dreams. Jones has been modelling since 2008. Once 18, Jones became a Page 3 girl for The Sun newspaper. Jones now models full time, mostly for Page 3 and men’s magazines such as Nuts, Loaded, FHM and Front, along with other venues.

Jones was invited to the PES Rankings UK Main Event in 2009 to sign some posters and give away the prize for the event. In 2010, she appeared in the music video “You Can Dance” by Bryan Ferry as one of the models. In August 2010 she raised money for Help for Heroes by ascending Mount Toubkal in Morocco.

Awards and Honors

Jones set a Guinness World Record for the most bras taken off and put on in one minute back in November 2009. Her record was seven.

Jones was voted the No.1 Sexiest Babe of 2010 by visitors to Nuts.co.uk with over 1 million votes.

Jessica Burciaga was born on April 11, 1983, in Orange County, California. She realized that a whole world of modelling was open for her when she was signed up by Hooters of Anaheim. Following her brother’s suggestions, she sent her pictures to Stuff magazine.
