4. Crooked Football Playoff Rankings

The return of the most bias voting in sports the College Football Playoff rankings.  The inaugural 2015 rankings took place last Tuesday and as you can guess the “experts” fumbled the ball.  The top four consisted of Clemson at number one, LSU, Ohio State and Alabama in that order.

Picking up the theme from last year the best team in the Big 12 and number two ranked team in the nation, Baylor, was ranked sixth. To make matters worse Alabama and Notre Dame, who both have one loss to Baylor’s none, were ranked four and five. Clearly the committee of experts only recognizes brand names and switching from computers to people might actually be a downgrade. You have to love college sports.
