Justice has finally been served and once again Roger Goodell looks like a jackass. After months of investigations, court hearings and countless boring SportsCenter segments “Deflategate” is officially over. A judge nullified Tom Brady’s four-game suspension leaving the NFL with a $45 million tab with nothing to show for it. Brady will now suit up for opening night this Thursday (September 10) and may God have mercy on those Pittsburgh Steelers defenders.

In other news New York Mets ace Matt Harvey was in the news for all the wrong reasons. Apparently he has a limit on the amount of innings he can pitch this season and that limit is drawing near. For those of you that don’t know the Mets are due to make the playoffs for the first time since 2006 and Harvey would almost definitely go over that limit including the playoffs innings. That has put him and the Mets in a weird situation that has the possibility to get really ugly.

See what Harvey’s decision will be in addition to which big NFL player didn’t make the final cut and which UFC fighter might be talking a little too much trash in this edition of Sporting*Goods.
