Chris Brown‘s baby’s mama, Nia Guzman, may of just pulled a power move of her own. As you may already know, Brown recently filed for paternity of his little girl, Royalty. This came after Guzman continuously demanded a reported $15K a month in child support as well as denied the singer visitation, on a few occasions, so he wants a judge to decide. The paternity suit also allowed Chris to fight for joint custody.
However, it looks like Guzman isn’t going down without a fight as she just applied for full custody of their daughter.
Guzman is claiming that she doesn’t trust Chris around Royalty without other around, and is filing for supervised visitation. She also believes that the “Loyal” singer is too irresponsible to take care of a child and that him and his friends have issues with substance abuse, which is the main reason why she wants full custody.
Chris, however, thinks she is just looking to get more child support as this has been an issue for a while. Brown doesn’t believe Royalty needs $15k a month as he spends quite a bit of time with her and instead provides $2,500 for child support a month to Guzman.
The judge has yet to rule on the situation but we’ll be sure to keep you updated once a decision has been made.
