As first reported by the Chicago Tribune, the concert will be free but donations are strongly encouraged. All proceeds will go to Dillan’s family.

Something you should know, Keef won’t physically be able to attend the concert and instead will perform via a hologram on a soundstage in Los Angeles. According to his spokesperson, this is due to an amount of “outstanding warrants his legal team is addressing.” However, he is “heartbroken and appalled” for the deaths of Dillan and Carr and wanted to do something beneficial to the family, that brings light to this “out of control situation.”

Keef’s spokesperson has also announced that the rapper is forming a new organization called Stop the Violence Now Foundation, in order to bring stop to neighborhood crime.
