After five long years, 50 Cent has officially been found guilty after being sued by Lastonia Leviston back in 2010 for posting a private sex tape online, featuring herself, back in 2009.

Claiming 50 Cent “violated her civil rights and caused emotional damage,” the rapper now owes a grand total of $6 million dollars to Leviston, as decided today (July 10) in the courtroom.

“$3.5 million in damages for violating her civil rights for using her image and voice without her permission, and $2.5 million for intentional infliction of emotional distress towards her person. This amount should increase next week, when punitive damages are set to be determined.”

Although it’s been years, Lastonia Leviston finally had her chance to describe just how she felt when her home video was sentenced to life on the internet. She had said it felt as if “someone had just took a knife, stabbed me in the heart, twisted it and took it out.”
