Tiger Woods wasn’t the only one to make a return over the weekend. Indiana Pacers star Paul George made a miraculous return from one of the nastiest broken leg injuries I’ve seen aside from Kevin Ware. Many speculated when George would return this season if at all, but Easter Sunday against the rival Miami Heat seemed like the perfect time.
It was also the debut of George’s new number 13 after he made the switch from 24 during the offseason. As expected he received quite the ovation as he should have and even drilled the first shot he took. This season may be over, but the PG-13 era in Indiana sure looks bright.
