On Friday morning (March 27), Lil Durk’s manager, Uchenna Agina a.k.a. OTF Chino, was shot and killed outside Stony Sub, a restaurant in Chicago.

As first reported by The Chicago Tribune, Agina was sitting in a parked car outside Stony Sub. At around 1:50 am the suspect approached the car and fired multiple times. Chino, 27, was hit a few times, including in his head.

Soon after Chino was taken to Advocate Trinity Hospital by a friend, where he was pronounced dead. Currently, there The Chicago Police Department has no one in custody.

Def Jam later released a statement to Billboard

“We are deeply saddened by the news of this tragedy. The Def Jam family shares our most heartfelt sympathy, condolences and prayers with the family and loved ones of Uchenna Agina.”

Not too long before, Lil Durk also dropped two new singles, a remix to Chief Keef’s “Faneto” Remix and “Like Me” off his upcoming album, Remember My Name, which is scheduled for release in May 12th.

A few hours before his death, Chino managed to post the “Faneto” Remix, a song that references a variety of Chicago gangs including the Black Disciples and Mickey Cobras.
