Justin Bieber got his behind handed to him at last night’s (March 14) taping of Comedy Central’s annual ‘roast.’ Kevin Hart, who hosted, was joined by Snoop Dog, Kevin Ross, Martha Stewart, Hannibal Buress, Will Ferrell and select few other celebrities in patronizing Bieber for a live audience. Then again, he did ask for it…literally.
For the “Baby” singer’s 21st birthday, he endured some of the harshest yet well-deserved jokes to have ever hit the stage. The ‘Bieber Roast’ included Bill Cosby Jokes, masculine mockeries, and too many Selena slams to count.
“Damn, you guys were brutal,” said Bieber after all was said and done. “This was supposed to be a birthday present. When people ask me what I got for my 21st birthday, I’ll tell them I got my d— kicked in. I should have known.”
But not to worry, Justin was able to come up with a minor comeback, so the Comedy Central festival wasn’t completely one sided.
“Look, I’m new to comedy, but here’s a joke: What do you get when you given a teenager $200 million dollars? A bunch of has-beens calling you a lesbian for two hours.” —Justin Bieber
However, the most shocking part of the night was when Bieber went from 0-100 real quick with a speech that blew an audience away. He took complete responsibility for all of his past actions finishing off with an apology.
“There was really no preparing me for this life. I was thrown into this at 12 years old,” Bieber said. “I didn’t know what I was getting myself into. There were moments I am proud of. And there are moments I am disappointed with myself for. But the things I have done don’t define who I am. I am kind-hearted person who loves people. And through it all, I have lost some of my best qualities. For that, I’m sorry.”
The ‘Bieber Roast’ will air on Comedy Central on Monday, March 30 at 10 p.m. ET, but in the meantime check out some of the funniest jokes below.
