Rico Love Releases The Music Video To The First Single Off His Upcoming LP

Grammy- nominated singer, songwriter, and producer Rico Love has done it yet again. Today (Jan 19), he released the Parris directed music video for the track “Somebody Else” as the first single featured off of Rico’s upcoming debut LP, Turn The Lights On.

“I salute Parris for directing such an amazing video. It’s a mind trip because you don’t know if these two people are present with each other or figments of each other’s imaginations,” said Rico. “The symbolism is genius and a perfect visual description for the song about a love lost.”

The song is now available to be downloaded on iTunes and his LP will be released on May 19th through his personal label Division 1.

Rico had heads turning back in 2013 when he released the single “They Don’t Know,” that reached #4 on the urban chart and has over 5.9 million views on YouTube.  Then in 2014, he dropped “Bitches Be Like” reflecting his thoughts on contemporary hip hop culture. He has also worked with Usher, Beyonce, Kelly Rowland, and many more.
