While the hip-hop community continues to mourn the untimely death of A$AP Yams, West Coast native Joey Fatts has dropped the first record tributing the A$AP Mob founder.

After news of Yams’ death broke on Sunday (Jan. 18), Drake, Mac Miller, Travi$ Scott, A$AP Rocky and others took to social media to send their condolences. A$AP Ferg gave a rest-in-peace-shout out during a concert and on Tuesday (Jan. 20), Joey Fatts dropped “Stevie’s World” in recognition of his close friend.

Fatts’ career kicked off when he produced a track off Rocky’s major-label debut. It was because of Yams that he got the shot to do that, and he’ll never forget it.

He raps:

“I was sleepin’ in my car you came and got me out // Gave me your card and moved me up inside of Rocky’s house // When times got hard, I hit your phone and we would talk about it //Now you’re gone, can’t hit your phone, don’t think I can go without it.”
