The A$AP Mob member spoke to VladTV to shut down any drug overdose rumors as the cause of A$AP Yams’ death.

When we received word on the sudden death of the A$AP Mob’s founder, speculations of drug overdose quickly surfaced and circulated the internet as his past use of Codeine and Xanax were public knowledge.

When asked about the unknown cause of death during the interview, A$AP Ant got kind of heated in stating:

“It ain’t no overdose…people stop saying overdose, ‘cause that’s not what it is. It’s not an overdose. People keep talking about he overdosed on Xanax and sh*t like that…lean. No. That’s not what happened at all.”

However, Ant didn’t provide a specific cause of death. He then went on to say, “I don’t wanna talk on it. I’ll let people find out themselves, but it wasn’t that though.”

Either way, A$AP Yams’ will truly be missed and his contributions will never be forgotten. #RIPYams
