It Was All Good About A Week Ago…Bobby Shmurda Pleads Not Guilty, Bail Set at $2 Million

Early Wednesday morning, Bobby Shmurda along with several of his GS9 members, including Rowdy Rebel, were arrested in New York’s Quad City Studios.

Specific details regarding the arrests were released today, December 18th. Ackquille Pollard, known as Bobby Shmurda, was arrested earlier this week on conspiracy, reckless endangerment and gun possession charges. He is now facing charges of conspiracy in the second degree, which include conspiracy to commit murder, assault in the first degree, possession of weapons, intent to sell and possession of narcotics, criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree on two counts. If convicted on conspiracy charges he faces 8 1/3 to 25 years , and a maximum of 15 years on each weapons charge since Shmurda was found in possession of three weapons on two separate occasions. His bail was set earlier today at a Manhattan court at $2 million.

No representatives from Epic Records have come forward with a statement on the arrest but Bobby Shmurda’s lawyer, Howard Greenburg has come forward today stating that:

“Epic Records is securing his bail on insurance money.”

This is only the latest arrest for Shmurda who was arrested in June for felony gun possession and in October for marijuana possession, however it definitely carries the most severe charges.“Free Shmurda” shirts are already available for purchase. According to Complex, there are two graphic tees for sale on a Big Cartel for $18 and $24. The first is a white tee with a picture of Bobby Shmurda being taken by the police with the words, “It Was All Good About A Week Ago (week ago).” The second is a black tee with “Free Shmurda Though” on the front and “Let All Of My Dogs Out” on the back.
