A$AP Yams Confirms Canceled A$AP Mob Album: “Too Many Energies”

A$AP Mob fans should not expect an album from the group anytime soonA$AP Yams took to his personal Tumblr to break the news that the group’s debut album “L.O.R.D.” has been scrapped. The Mob dropped three singles intended to appear on the project over the past year, including “Trillmatic,” “Xscape,” and most recently “Hella Hoes.” When a fan asked why the album got scrapped, Yams said there were too many energies and it was hard to get everyone on the same page. Instead Yams reassured us that all of the good tracks will go towards Mob members’ solo projects.

Not all the news is bad though. In the same post that announced the end of “L.O.R.D” Yams made an obvious reference to A$AP Rocky, writing “FLACKO JODYE SEASON THIS FALL.” Yams also signed some of his posts on Tumblr with the name Mr. October, and then tweeted a link to flackojodyeseason.com, hinting that music new Rocky music could be coming as soon as the site’s countdown clock hits 0 on October 2.
