Bad luck has found Death Row Records co founder, Suge Knight. This past Sunday,Chris Brown hosted a pre-Vma party at the 10ak club in West Hollywood, to celebrate his new album X. However, at around 1:35am the party took a turn for the worst, as someone opened fire.
A reported, three people were hit, one of them was Suge Knight, who was shot six times. This isn’t his first run in with a bullet thought, remember his 2005 incident at yet another pre-VMA party with Kanye (yes Kanye West). The gunmen couldn’t keep Suge down though, he was able to walk out of the club with wounds in his stomach and arm. He is currently in intensive care. The other two victims, are predicted to survive by The Associated Press.
The incident apparently had nothing to do with Chris, who tweeted the next morning, “It’s disappointing that we as a society can’t have fun or enjoy ourselves without any altercations sometimes. Miss me with the bullshit!!!” As expected, Chris will cooperate with the investigation.
Suge’s family has released a statement to Revolt: “The family of Suge Knight ask that you keep Suge in your prayers and to stray away from the negativity portrayed by the media. Suge is currently resting and has lost a lot of blood, he’s human. He’s done a lot of things for the community and the culture as a whole so we ask that you respect that.”
Good luck Suge!
