Denzel Curry‘s N64 project was a solid introduction for any listener into the world of the Carol City rapper. After creating a buzz off of his track “Threatz” with Yung Simmie and Robb Bank$ the rap world began to wonder what he had in store. Personally, I thought Nostalgic 64 was a dope project, and with tracks like “Benz,” “Zone 3,” and “Talk That Shit” it was evident that at the age of 18 Curry is more than ready to bring the noise.
Today we are treated to his latest music video for “Parents,” which receives treatment from ComplexTV (shout out to our very own Justin D. Live who is now a part of that CTV family). The hazy visuals fit right in line with the subject matter and feel of the track which finds a kid coming to grips with neglectful parents. I for one am excited for what Denzel Curry has in store and you should be too.
